First, grate the two potatoes and the broccoli into a bowl of your choice.

Once the ingredients are grated, cut a slice of cheese (semi-cured in my case) into cubes and add it together with half a container of diced ham and the two eggs. Then add salt and pepper and three tablespoons of flour.

Mix the ingredients until they are well integrated.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with a little oil and when it is hot, pour a tablespoon and a half of the mixture and spread it with the back of the spoon.
