Cut the banana into small pieces and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Put part of the banana together with the egg whites in a blender and blend well.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture, and then beat again. If you like it rather sweet, this would be the moment to add date paste or your sweetener to taste (banana is enough for me).

Pour the mixture into a mold and add the banana pieces that we had reserved (you will see how good they look 😋).

Place in the oven and bake at 170-180° (heat up and down) for about 30 minutes.
