Cuttlefish stuffed with vegetables and seafood

Cut 2 cloves of garlic, red bell pepper and cabbage to taste, half an onion and fry it in a pan with EVOO.

Once fried, add slices of squid, peeled prawns and mussels to taste. Fry a little and add white wine, salt and saffron.

Once the wine has been consumed, set aside the stuffing in a tray.

Next, we introduce in a frying pan EVOO and a chopped clove of garlic, to make the grilled cuttlefish. When it is golden brown and cooked inside, remove it to a plate.

Finally, stuff the cuttlefish with the previous ingredients and plate it. You can add a little green sauce (oil, garlic and parsley). Enjoy your meal!
