Wash the lamb's lettuce and the apple, then peel the apple and cut it into cubes or to taste.

Put the lamb's lettuce, apple, olives and cheese all together.

When the eggs are ready, put them in cold water for about 13 minutes and then peel them and chop or crumble them to taste on the plate or tupper.

Once everything is ready, add a splash of EVOO, another splash of balsamic vinegar of modena and a pinch of salt (all to taste) and stir everything well. It can also be made with a chicken/turkey breast and it is delicious.
