Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the leaves from the whole cauliflower and wash it. Place in a baking dish.

Mix in a bowl 4 tablespoons of olive oil with the spices (cumin, curry, turmeric, hot paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and Provencal herbs). Brush the mixture over the cauliflower.

Put the painted cauliflower in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees (it comes out crispy. If you like it more done you can cook it before 10-15 minutes or give it more time in the oven). And ready!
