In a bowl add the tuna, rice flour, egg whites, garlic powder. Mix until everything is incorporated.

Add the onion, carrot, chili, until everything is incorporated.

Then in a frying pan add a little oil [optional] let the pan heat up and then make small balls by placing them in the pan.

Then cook on both sides and enjoy!!!!!.
