Cut the turkey tenderloin into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sear them in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Set aside.

Cut the garlic into slices and the onion, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces. In the same pan where we marked the turkey, we brown the garlic and add the onion and peppers. When they are poached, add the tomato and mix everything for a few minutes. Remove and beat everything with the mixer. Put everything back in the pan and add the spices.

Add the broccoli and rice. Let it cook for a few minutes and add the water. Let the rice cook for about 10 minutes and then add the reserved turkey and let the rice finish cooking.

Let it rest for a few minutes and eat!
