Cut the red cabbage into small pieces.

Add to the pressure cooker with a little water and salt and cook for 20 minutes on high heat. If it is made in a normal casserole it will have to cook longer. Try 35 minutes or until you get the texture you like best.

Serve and garnish with the raisins and walnuts.

TIPs: - It is also very tasty with apple pieces (add at the end once cooked). - Leaving it al dente improves the properties and improves digestion. - Save the broth if you want to make a fun rice 😉.
