Put 4 jalapeños and 4 serrano peppers in the blender (I found them in the Corte Ingles supermarket, they also have a mix that can be useful). Dates, a clove of garlic and half a glass of water.

It is transferred to a jar and left to ferment for 3 days in a cool, dry and dark place.

After three days, the jar is opened and mixed with half a glass of vinegar to stop fermentation.

Strain the sauce well and save it. We can also add a spoonful of olive oil.
