Take the cup of your choice and insert a ripe banana and squash it inside.

Then put an egg, a teaspoon of 100% cocoa, oat milk (I use the one from Lidl without sugar that I love) and I put a cap and two tablespoons of oat flakes. I move everything well with a fork and put half an ounce of chocolate 85% and half an ounce of milk chocolate.

I put the whole thing in the microwave for one minute and 45 seconds. and once it's ready I put the other half ounces that I had left over. Careful that it cools down a bit to start eating and also this way it will melt everything🍫 and it will be brutal.
