Cook half a cabbage while in a frying pan we poach a large onion.

Drain the cabbage when it is done and shred it with a fork.

In a bowl mix the onion with the cabbage. Make a hole in the middle where we add the 3 eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat lightly. Mix everything well and little by little add the flour until a dough is formed.

With the help of a spoon we pour the mixture into a pan with oil giving it the shape of a hamburger.

When they are golden brown, remove them to a plate with kitchen paper to remove any excess oil.
