✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 100gr of oat flour. ▪︎ 80gr almond flour. ▪︎ 1 tsp powdered ginger. @euroandean ▪︎ 1 tsp cinnamon powder. @euroandean ▪︎ 20g almond butter. @eosnutrisolutions ▪︎ 30gr oil. ▪︎ 8 pitted dates.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ First we hydrate the dates in hot water for 15 minutes, and grind them into a paste. In a bowl we add all the ingredients and mix well, it has to be a compact dough. Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and form cookies with the mold we have. Place them on the baking tray with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 12 minutes, remove and let cool slightly.
