Carve all the vegetables and the chicken (to daus).

Introduce the barley and the all to the paella with the oil and leave for 5 minutes, introduce the rest of the vegetables and add the gingebre and the meat.

While the vegetables are being cooked, season the chicken with salt and pepper, add the herbes provençals on top and mix the soy sauce with the cocoa cream.

Once the vegetables are cooked to taste, put the chicken together with the vegetables until it is slightly browned and add the soy sauce. Stir well and let it cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 15 minutes.
