Cook the cauliflower whole for about 30-45" (in water with a pinch of salt, no longer). Preheat the oven to 180º.

Season the cauliflower with the chosen spices and EVOO, whole or in florets, according to preference.

Place the cauliflower about 25' in the oven (until we see that it is golden brown), the time is indicative, it will depend on the power of the oven. In case we decide to make it in bunches the cooking time will be less.

Garnish with the chosen herb leaves and sesame seeds. In my case I put a little homemade salmon sauce to give it more juiciness but alone, without seasoning it is to die for! 🤩
