Whisk all the ingredients until you have a texture as in the photo.

Add a little butter in the pan (extra virgin olive oil can also be used).

Pour the batter into the frying pan (better small-medium size to turn it well).

When bubbles start to come out, flip the pancakes over. Repeat the steps with all the pancakes.

Add your favorite toppings. I put margui yogurt, orange and kiwi.
