Sauté the veal and the onion with the olive oil. When it is ready, add the tomato, the ñora, the clove and the bay leaf and sauté (you can add red wine if you like).

Add water or broth and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces and put them in the pot and let them cook (I do it on low heat).

5 minutes before it is ready, add the eggs and let it boil (more or less time depending on how well done you like your eggs).
