With a drizzle of oil, heat the pork a little in the frying pan.

Cut the onion into julienne strips and add it to the pan with the pork.

While they heat up a little, make the sauce. Squeeze a whole orange and, with the help of a glass, dissolve it with a spoonful of soy sauce and ginger. They will give it an excellent touch of flavor.

Once the mixture is ready, add it to the frying pan. Stir a little and turn the steak until the sauce is reduced. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
