Protein pancakes with apple 🍎

We mix all the ingredients with a food processor or blender until we get a homogeneous and not too dense mixture for our pancakes: oats, egg, vegetable drink (in my case almond) and a strawberry-flavored vegan protein scoop (from Myprotein).

We put on the fire a lightly greased pan (I use kitchen paper to remove the excess) and we put our dough, in small quantities so that they are well done.

A TIP: with a little yeast they come out fatter😌.

Serve and add the apple (or whatever you want) and syrup (I use in this case a raspberry zero syrup from MyProtein🥰).
