Ingredients: For the base: - 400g pumpkin (weighed raw). - 40g whole wheat flour - 1 egg - salt Topping: - Crushed tomato - 2 cans of tuna - Spinach - Laminated mushrooms - Grated cheese *You can use the topping(s) of your choice.

- Peel the pumpkin and cook it in a pot (I added salt, garlic and onion powder) for about 20 minutes. - Put the cooked pumpkin in a food processor and grind it. - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl - Preheat the oven to 200° with heat up and down. - Prepare a mold (painted with AOVE) and pour the mixture and shape it with a spatula. - Put it in the oven for 10 minutes - When we take it out, we turn it over and put it in the oven for 5 minutes more. - Remove it and add our topping - We put it in the oven for a few minutes until the chosen topping is done and READY!!!!
