Beat the three eggs, add the sweetener of your choice, dates don't agree with me, I didn't use any and it tastes very good.

Add a few drops of vanilla, the cream and the yeast and stir and finally the grated coconut and mix well, let it rest for a while and then add it to the mold of your choice. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees 35 minutes. Unmold and enjoy. It tastes like coconut balls 🤤. You can decorate it with chocolate.
