Preparación de la receta

For the dough: Bring 110ml of water to a boil (along with a pinch of salt), when it boils mix it with the 110ml of oil. With a wooden spoon mix and sprinkle the flour little by little. When it is ready to be taken and does not stick to the fingers (if we do not add more flour) we sprinkle a little flour and knead it a little.

We put fil on the dough and let it rest for at least 1h.

We knead the dough and leave it thin, with a circular mold we cut the dough for the shape.

For the tomato, we put the tomato on low heat to poach it together with the onion and then we grind it. While we grind it, we add a little Tabasco (I added two drops).

When we have the dough in a circular shape, add the tomato and tuna to taste to half of the dough. We join the two parts together.

To bake them, first preheat the oven to 200º on both sides and then put the dumplings in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
