Tofu curry with rice 🍛

First I was making the tofu in the pan to brown (I cut it into rectangular pieces) with a pinch of EVOO. While the tofu was browning, I was chopping the vegetables (onion, peppers, garlic). I also put a pot to boil, about 1 liter of water.

I removed the tofu once browned and put the chopped vegetables with a little EVOO, starting with the garlic, onion and then peppers. I put the rice in the pot and wait about 15 minutes approx (indication on the rice package).

I removed half of the vegetables and the other half I left in the pan, ready to add the tofu, I added the tofu and here came the sauce. I added salt, pepper, sweet paprika and curry. I added it by eye, not too much but I added it to my taste (about 1 and a half teaspoons). I stirred it and added half a glass of milk. And I let the mixture thicken. When it is thick, we can remove the curry tofu.

I put the rice together with the vegetables I removed earlier and seasoned it with salt and pepper to taste 🍛. ( I passed the rice through the pan to get the flavor of the tofu and the oil )

Ready to serve for lunch or dinner, after a good workout 🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♂️.
