Put the oat flakes in a blender and grind until fine (or use oat flour. I always have oat flakes at home).

Beat the eggs with a whisk in a large bowl. Add the yogurt and date paste (crushed soaked dates) and the lemon juice and zest. Mix well.

Add the crushed oats, poppy seeds, yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix with a spatula.

Add the dough to a greased baking pan (oil or butter) and bake in the oven at 180° for 30-35 minutes.

Let stand, cut and serve!
