Rinse the chickpeas in a colander to remove the gelatin and keep them clean.

Pour the chickpeas in a bowl over which we will add oil, salt and spices to taste depending on how seasoned we want the result.

Once the spices have been added, stir the chickpeas and place them on a tray in the oven, evenly distributed.

Bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes at 180 degrees to crisp up.
