There is nothing complicated about it, but here are the steps. In a saucepan put these ingredients: Flakes Aniseed Cinnamon one teaspoon Cocoa Flax Chia Cover with water and bring to the fire. When it starts to thicken add the egg whites and keep stirring. Remove from heat and add to your breakfast bowl.

In another saucepan add the chopped pear, the reserved teaspoon of cinnamon and the coconut oil. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Add on top of the porridge and enjoy.
