Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the vegetables into strips and place them together with the potatoes also cut in a container suitable for the oven. Pour a dash of EVOO on top.

Place the sea bream on top with the skin side up, add a little more EVOO and the spices that you like the most.

We put in the oven with heat from above and below and leave it for about 15-20 min. The potatoes take the longest to cook, so when we see that they are ready we can take everything out of the oven.
