** The amounts are for an individual yogurt cup. Mix 1/2 Greek yogurt with 1/2 whipped cream cheese and a dash of vanilla essence. Set aside

Add the yogurt and cream cheese mixture into a yogurt cup and pour 2 teaspoons of gelatin. Mix very well.

Next, wash the strawberry 🍓 and cut off the stalk. Put the strawberry into the yogurt cup.

Place in the refrigerator and wait at least 3 hours for the gelatin to solidify. I recommend consuming it the next day because otherwise you run the risk of it not having solidified. To unmold, simply make a small cut with the scissors at the bottom of the glass so that air enters and stops making the vacuum while you place it upside down on a plate. You can eat it like this or add your favorite toppings such as peanut butter 🥜 or homemade granola.
