To prepare the couscous, you can use a large bowl or bowl and put the water to boil in the microwave with a drizzle of olive oil or you can do it with a saucepan on the stove. Once the water boils, add the couscous, stir with a spoon and cover the bowl for about 5 minutes. Then uncover the bowl to strain and cool the couscous.

Wash the tomato and cucumber well and cut them into small pieces. Cut the black olives and the fresh cheese and add them to the previous mixture. Mix well and add the couscous.
