Preheat the oven to 180º while we peel the apples and cut them into medium squares. Chop the walnuts and set aside.

Beat the 2 eggs and add the rest of the ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, yogurt and cinnamon.

Add the walnuts and apple pieces (keep a few to decorate on top).

Pour the mixtures into muffin tins and add apple pieces on top.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180º.
