We put water to boil in a saucepan. Cut the broccoli florets and the rest of the vegetables in small cubes.

Cook the broccoli for 8 - 10'. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the rest of the vegetables.

Remove and strain the broccoli. Add all the vegetables to the pan and sauté until well done.

Add an egg, previously beaten and salt and pepper and mix well. Heat the pancake in the microwave or in a separate pan.
