⭐ INGREDIENTS (for 4 units): - 5 g dry yeast - 150 g milk - 1 tablespoon of date paste - 250 g whole wheat spelt flour - 1 teaspoon salt - 15 g extra virgin olive oil

Warm the milk and dissolve the tablespoon of date paste in it.

Add the yeast and mix very well. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for about 10 minutes.

Make a ball and let it rise in the oven covered with a cloth until it doubles in size.

Then, remove the air from the dough and form 4 small balls of about 115g. Place the balls on a baking sheet and let rise for half an hour.

Then, brush them with egg and add sesame seeds. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
