Apple and chocolate cake with cocoa dough🍎🍫

For the cocoa dough 🔸For the cocoa dough 🍫 Mix the two flours with the yeast and the cocoa. Add the butter that will be at room temperature and the sweetener ( to choose, I used date syrup and a teaspoon of stevia because I had few dates! ) Mix everything well. Then add little by little the milk or vegetable drink until you get a smooth and elastic dough. If you need more flour or milk you will see if the dough is not manageable. With a rolling pin we help us to stretch the dough, and we place it in the mold that we are going to use previously greased. Prick with a fork and set aside in the refrigerator while we make the filling.

🔸For the stuffing 🍎. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. In a bowl put the evaporated milk, eggs, date syrup, a dash of vanilla essence and the apple pieces. Once mixed, put it back on the dough we had in the fridge, and finally cut thin slices of an apple and place them on top forming a flower or a sun (or an attempt😅). Bake for 45 minutes at 180⁰. Remove the cake and put some dark chocolate chips on top (optional). I have put chocolate drops. Let it cool to unmold ...and enjoy!!! 🤗
