Pasta with mushrooms and broccoli

Heat the frying pan with the oil and when it is ready, add the 3 sliced add the 3 slices of garlic.

When the garlic is golden brown, add the mushrooms and the broccoli sprigs (all cut into small pieces and discarding the broccoli stems).

Cover the pan so that the mushrooms and broccoli release their water over low heat.

When the water has been consumed, add a splash of white wine and shortly before it evaporates, add the spaghetti (previously cooked).

Mix vegetables and pasta with the spatula and add all the spices and stir again, so that everything is integrated.

Sprinkle with a splash of soy sauce and turn off the heat while stirring to soak up the sauce.
