Peel an apple and cut it. We put some panela in the pan and the apple on top. With another apple we peel it, cut it and cook it in the microwave with cinnamon.

Mix the cooked apple, eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.

Pour the raisins over the apple in the pan and then the mixture.

Cook over low heat and covered for 12-15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
