Place a pot with water (for each glass of rice, 2 glasses of water) and start boiling it. When it starts to bubble, add the amount of rice indicated in the ingredients (4 portions would correspond to approximately two glasses).

Squeeze the juice from the two oranges and mix it with the glass of water.

Pour a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts. Once they are ready, add the orange juice + water mixture to the pan, add the nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer the chicken breasts until tender. Do not leave too long or the orange juice will evaporate.

Once everything is ready, serve the rice together with the chicken breasts and the juice generated in the same pan.
