We prepare a shortcrust pastry

In a round baking dish, put the shortcrust pastry and prick it so that no bubbles form. Put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to brown it.

Beat the eggs and add the cream, Provencal herbs, cheese, leek and a pinch of salt.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry them in a frying pan.

Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry and decorate with zucchini.

Bake in the oven at 180º for about 20 minutes.
