First we will make the pasta, to taste. We will leave it drained in the pan until we have the sauce. NOTE: The quantity of pasta for the whole sauce is 1/2 kg approx.

Second, we will make the sauce. To do this; on the one hand, we boil the spinach and on the other, we sauté the basil with the 4 garlics.

When we have the spinach, basil and garlic ready, we will put them in a blender together with the fresh cheese, the olive oil and salt to taste. Blend until you get a creamy sauce.

Finally, mix the pasta with the sauce and it is ready to serve.
