In an ovenproof dish place the chopped pumpkin. Add the EVOO, salt, pepper and Provencal herbs 🌱.

Once everything is well mixed, bake at 180° for 25-30 min. ⏲️ When it is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes. In the meantime, chop the goat cheese 🧀

Fill the wafers with a spoonful of pumpkin and top with a piece of goat cheese.

Close all the wafers with the help of a fork🍴and paint them all with the beaten egg 🥚.
