Soak the soybeans for 15'.

Once these two steps are done, drain the soy and add to a mincer: broccoli, onion, egg, cheese and soy. Chop it well

Once chopped, add the flour little by little and stir with the fork, finally add the salt and spices and stir again with the fork.

Make small balls with the dough and a little breadcrumbs (I mix it all), once done (better small if they are not likely to fall apart) add another little breadcrumbs and crush them. Cook them in a frying pan with a good splash of EVOO.
