Preparación de la receta

I leave the ingredients here so you know what it is from where: Bread. 200 gr of grated cheese. 40 gr of cheese spread. 150 gr almond flour. 1 egg size L. Filling. 3 tablespoons of grated tomato. 60 gr of loin. 40 gr of grated cheese.

Place the cheeses in a bowl and place in the microwave until melted (2 minutes at maximum power).

In another bowl beat the egg. Add the flour and mix. Add the melted cheese and mix. Knead until everything is well mixed.

We make a loaf, divide into 4 portions and give it a panini shape. Place on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and bake 15' at 180 degrees.

Take out, open and stuff and return to the oven with the cold to toast, or on a hot griddle.

Each panini has 450 Kcal approx. and do not be fooled, it is very satiating... be careful with the quantity.
