Preparación de la receta
1
Grind the oat flakes to obtain the oat flour. Mix in a bowl the wheat flour, the oat flour and the yeast. In another bowl, add the glass of milk and half a glass of olive oil. You can add sweetener, in my case I added a spoonful of date paste that I had made.
2
Add the flour mixture to the bowl of milk and oil little by little until you get a homogeneous paste, which will take consistency and a little oily. If you do not get this texture you can correct it by adding a little flour.
3
When it is ready with your hands make a ball and put it on a sheet of baking paper and cover it with another sheet. With a rolling pin or whatever you have, stretch the dough until you get the thickness you want.
4
With the dough stretched make the shape of the cookies with a glass, the remaining dough is stretched again to use all the dough. I pricked the cookies with a fork.

5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees above and below. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees, when they are golden brown take them out. While the cookies are baking, heat a few ounces of chocolate with a little coconut oil (or EVOO).

6
When the cookies are ready, dip them on one side and let them cool and they are ready to eat!
