mash the bananas with a fork (the riper the better, I put mine in the oven for 15 minutes to ripen them more because they were a little green).

Mix the bananas with the milk (it can be cow's or vegetable milk), the oil (I recommend mild olive oil), and the lemon juice, and mix well.

Sift and add the flour, cinnamon, cinnamon and salt to the mixture and stir well.

garnish with nuts and chocolate chips (optional)
