Cook the pumpkin and the carrot. Once cooked we grind it together with the egg, the ground oatmeal, the grated cheese and the garlic powder until we obtain a dough a little more dense than a puree.

On a baking paper placed on a baking tray, add the mixture and shape it (in my case rectangular) and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes on each side.

Once the base is ready, add the toppings. In my case I put fresh tomato slices, fresh mozarrella and one half with turkey and the other half with Serrano ham. Sprinkle oregano and put back in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Let it cool a little and enjoy!
