Chickpea and meat quesadillas

Take the uncooked chickpeas and mash them to form a kind of flour. Add the water and mash again to mix well.

In a frying pan put a little Aove to prevent the dough from sticking and put the mixture to make the pancakes, in 100gr there are about 3 but it depends on the size of the frying pan. Turn the pancakes when they are browned on both sides.

On the other side make the stuffing, in this case chop the onion, mushrooms and bell pepper and sauté, add the minced meat and finally the tomato.

Put the filling between the pancakes, add the cheese and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven with air at 200 degrees. When it is ready, let it cool for a few minutes and we will have the quesadillas.
