We take the dish we are going to use, in my case glass, and we put a drizzle of oil all over the bottom, not too much.

Cut the onion into julienne strips and place it in the dish, filling the entire bottom.

Cut the carrots into slices, not too thick, and put them on top of the onion, distributing them throughout the dish. You can put a little salt on top of the carrots.

We cut the zucchini in slices, equally, not too thick, and put them on top of the carrots. I like to put a little salt and also a little black pepper on top of the zucchini.

Cut the broccoli and add it like the previous ones. And the same with the red bell pepper.

We coat the chicken with oil, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, thyme and, if you want, you can add garlic powder or granules. This step can be done before starting with the vegetables so that the chicken gets the flavor.

Add part of the can of crushed tomato to the vegetables on top and put them in the oven for 5-10 minutes, so that they are slightly cooked, this way they taste better, although it is optional to do this.

When the time has elapsed, remove the vegetables and put the chicken on top, first on the bottom side, so that we can turn them over and the skin gets crispier. Also, add the rest of the tomato can to the chicken on top. We put everything in the oven for about 10 minutes.

When the chicken is done on the bottom, turn it over and let it cook on the other side.
