Preparación de la receta

Sourdough 1. Put in a bowl - 50 g water - 5 g yeast - 110g whole wheat flour 2. Knead 3. Make a ball, put it in a bowl and cover it with water. 4. When the ball floats and doubles in volume it is ready (15 min approx).

Bread dough Knead: - Sourdough - 300 g Water - 20g Pressed yeast - 540g Flour - 2 teaspoons Salt 2. Let stand for 2 hours in a bowl covered with plastic wrap (until it doubles in volume). 3. Remove on the work surface, previously floured and shape the bread.

Place on baking paper and place on the baking tray, rest for 30 minutes more. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees

Bake for 20 minutes at 210 degrees and then lower to 190 degrees for another 20 minutes.

Let cool and ready to eat!
