Preparación de la receta

Preheat the oven to 180°.

On a baking tray spread a thin layer of salt and place the snails one by one on the tray with the hole facing upwards and with distance between them.

Add salt, pepper, a trickle of olive oil over the snails and a splash of wine.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°.

They would already be ready to eat accompanied by aioli for dipping!
