Cut the potato into very thin slices and soak in cold water for about 5 minutes.

Remove the potatoes and dry them a little on a napkin. Place them on a plate spread out and add the spices that we like the most. I used salt, paprika, garlic and onion powder. They did not stick to the plate, but you can put a vegetable paper to make sure.

Put the potatoes in the microwave for 5 or 6 minutes, depending on how toasted we like them and being careful not to burn them.
