✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ We cook the noodles in the broth, take out and set aside. Do the same process with the broccoli and edamame. Grill the tofu and the portobellos. Once we have all the ingredients ready, heat the broth well and turn it off, off the heat add the miso and stir to integrate it well, it is very important to always add it off the heat, otherwise it will lose its properties. And now we only have to assemble our soup with the ingredients and the broth. Super easy and delicious 😋.
