Chunky monkey realfood ice cream 🍨🍌🍫

🔻INGREDIENTS (8 balls) 🍨 For the ice cream: 400gr frozen banana 130gr mascarpone 60gr date paste 40gr powdered milk 1 tbsp vanilla essence 60gr chopped walnuts 50gr chocolate 85% chopped 🍫 Toppings: + chopped walnuts + 85% chopped chocolate

🔻 STEPS: 1) Mix all ingredients (except nuts and chocolate) in a blender/processor. 2) Once everything is blended, add and mix the nuts and chocolate and put in a tupper. 3) Decorate with more nuts and chocolate and freeze.

🔉 TIPS: If you freeze it for 2-3 hours, it will be creamy. If you freeze it for longer, I advise you to take it out 20min before consumption to make it creamier 😋.
